PROHA TO RELEASE FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR 2006 AHEAD OF SCHEDULE

Proha Plc 2006 financial statements will be released on Thursday February 15,
2007. The rescheduling of earnings release is due to earlier than estimated
completion of the financial statements.

Proha Plc will hold a press conference for the media and financial analysts at
12.00 p.m. on February 15, 2007 at World Trade Center in Marskin Sali, address
Aleksanterinkatu 17, Helsinki.
