Pharmexa, capital increase with effect from 13 February 2007

The Copenhagen Stock Exchange has decided to admit 3,765,155 new shares of DKK 10 to listing in the ISIN code DK0015966592 with effect from 13 February 2007. 

The capital increase has been registered with the Danish Commerce and Companies Agency.
