The new share capital of AS Tallink Grupp is 6,738,170,400 kroons. Estonian CSD will merge the new shares of AS Tallink Grupp (TAL4T) with the initial shares of AS Tallink Grupp (TAL1T) on Thursday, 15.02.2007, evening. All unsettled trades with the new shares (TAL4T) will be transformed into trades with the initial shares (TAL1T).
