Change in SAMPO bankas AB management bodies

On the 1 st of February 2007 in the extraordinary shareholders meeting following decisions were 
made:
1. Initiated and certyfied the resignation of the SAMPO bankas AB Board member Petri Niemisvirta.

2. For the remaining tenure (till 11-01-2009) three new Supervisory Board members were appointed: 
Mr. Lars Stensgaard Moerch, Mr. Sven Erik Lystbæk and Mr. Thomas Mitchell.
