Linas, AB Stock Exchange Release 15.02.2007 Preliminary results of 2006 activity Preliminary not audited 2006 activity results of Linas AB companies group are prepared according to International standards of financial accountability. Linas AB companies group revenues were LTL 60.3 million (EUR 17.5 million) in 2006; revenues in 2005 were LTL 73.3 million (EUR 21.2 million). Linas AB companies group sustained LTL 4.5 million (EUR 1.3 million) loss in 2006; the profit before taxation was LTL 3.7 million (EUR 1.1 million) in 2005. Export volumes of subsidiary company made 93% in 2006 and 94% in 2005. LTL 1.8 million (EUR 0.5 million) was assigned for investment and business projects in 2006. The loss were sustained because of significant increase of linen textile items import to EU from Asia countries, the decrease of linen items price and passing of market demand cycle of linen products to usage decrease phase.
