PROPOSAL FOR MEMBERS OF THE SUPERVISORY BOARD

On the basis of the proposal made by the appointment team elected by the
Supervisory Board among its members, the Supervisory Board of Raisio plc proposes
to the Annual General Meeting to be held on 30 March 2007, that the number of
Supervisory Board members for the new term beginning on 30 March 2007 be
confirmed as 25, and that all the members of the Supervisory Board in turn to
retire - Juhani Enkovaara, Risto Ervelä, Hans Langh, Asko Leinonen, Urban Silén,
Tuula Tallskog, Johan Taube - would be re-elected for the term beginning at the
end of the Annual General Meeting.

Since 1 January 2007 also three representatives elected by personnel groups
formed by Raisio's employees in Finland have acted as members of the Supervisory
Board.
