RAMIRENT PLC STOCK EXCHANGE ANNOUNCEMENT 15.2.2007 at 8:00 a.m. SUBSCRIPTION OF RAMIRENT SHARES WITH 2002B OPTION RIGHTS Based on the 2002B option rights, 16,330 new Ramirent shares have been subscribed for. The subscription price was according to the terms and conditions of the options programme 5.98 euros per share. The corresponding 7,021.90 euro increase in the share capital of Ramirent is expected to be entered into the Trade Register on 22 February 2007. After the increase, the share capital will be 11,631,532.25 euros and the number of shares 27,050,075. The new shares confer shareholder rights as from their registration with the Trade Register and are entitled to the same dividend as the old shares. Trading with the new shares is expected to commence on 23 February 2007. After these subscriptions there are 62,267 Ramirent 2002B option rights outstanding based on which 124,534 Ramirent shares can be subscribed for.
