WASHINGTON, Feb. 15, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Broadband Technology Innovations, LLC (BBTI) today expressed its disappointment with the adverse jury verdict in the Inline Connection Corporation (Inline) patent litigation case against Earthlink (Nasdaq:ELNK). BBTI has an exclusive license to the Inline patents that are the subject of the litigation.

"We are disappointed that the jury neither enforced the validity of BBTI's licensed patents pertaining to key innovations in DSL technology, nor found that Earthlink had infringed these patents.
