The following information is based on a press release from Skanska AB (Skanska) dated February 15, 2007 and may be subject to change. The board of Skanska has proposed that the Annual General Meeting approves an extra dividend of SEK 3.50. The scheduled date for the AGM is April 3, 2007. Provided that the Annual General Meeting approves the proposal, OMX Derivatives Markets will carry out a re-calculation of options and futures in Skanska and adjust the OMXS30 Index.
