CINCINNATI, Feb. 16, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- The law firm of Statman, Harris & Eyrich, LLC announces that a shareholder derivative complaint has been commenced in the United States District Court, Northern District of California, on behalf of nominal defendant Autodesk, Inc. The complaint alleges violation of the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934, breach of fiduciary duty, aiding and abetting, unjust enrichment, rescission, gross mismanagement, and corporate waste.
