SATAMA INTERACTIVE PLC STOCK EXCHANGE ANNOUNCEMENT FEBRUARY 19, 2007 AT 15:45
A total of 375.000 Satama Interactive Plc's new shares have been subscribed with
the B warrants issued in 2003. The subscriptions were made after 9 December 2006
and before 1 February 2007. The subscription price was EUR 0.36 as stipulated in
the Terms and Conditions of the Warrants. The subscription period for the
warrants began on 1 February 2005 and ended on 1 February 2007.
The increase in capital stock has been registered in the Finnish Trade Register
on 19 February 2007. As a result of these subscriptions Satama's capital stock
increases by EUR 7,883.81 and is EUR 866,941.67 and the number of shares is
41.236.808.
The holders of the new shares are entitled to all shareholders' rights from the
registration date. Listing of the new shares will be applied for at the Helsinki
Exchange together with old shares. Trading with the new shares will begin on or
about 20 February 2007.
