Tallinn Stock Exchange NEWS RELEASE 19.02.2007 DELISTING OF TALLINNA FARMAATSIATEHASE SHARES On February 16, 2007, the Committee decided to satisfy the application of AS Tallinna Farmaatsiatehase from January 24, 2007, and to delist the shares from the TSE I-List as from February 20, 2007. On November 01, 2006, the extraordinary general meeting of Tallinna Farmaatsiatehase AS shareholders decided to approve the takeover of the 4,9938% of the shares of Tallinna Farmaatsiatehase AS from the minority shareholders by AS Grindeks against fair monetary compensation in the amount of EEK 80 (EUR 5.11) per share.
