Termination of Tallinn Pharmaceutical plant listing on the Tallinn Stock Exchange

Today Grindeks daughter Company Tallinn Pharmaceutical plant (TPP) interrupted
its   shares quotation on Tallinn Stock Exchange. 
Complying with the decision of TPP's Council, taken on the 11th December, 2006,
TPP Management Board was entrusted to apply for the termination of the listing
on the Tallinn Stock Exchange. 
Taking into account that JSC Grindeks has become the only owner of TPP, buying
out all the stock capital from minor shareholders, the respective decision was
taken in order to improve the management process of the holding and to optimize
its activities, aiming to achieve strategic goals of the holding company. 
The holding consists of its mother company Grindeks and its four daughter
companies Tallinn Pharmaceutical plant, Kalceks, Ltd Grindeks RUS and Ltd Namu
apsaimniekošanas projekti.
