The company will look for investors into four stars hotel Holiday Inn, managed by Invalda and two stars economy class hotel Ecotel. In the real estate sector it is intended to realize developed, rented and successfully operated real estate objects. Speaking about designing business, Invalda will look for investors into group's company Hidroprojektas. All deals will be public. Separate contests will be organized.
