Industry Veteran Gary Syner Joins as Vice President to Drive Accelerated Growth in International Services

BELLEVUE, Wash., Feb. 20, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Radiant Logistics, Inc. (OTCBB:RLGT), a domestic and international freight forwarding and logistics services company, today announced the launch of Radiant Logistics Global Services, Inc. ("Global Services") to compliment its existing Airgroup operations with incremental international air and ocean freight forwarding and logistics capabilities at key gateways across the United States. Industry veteran, Gary Syner joins the Company as Vice President of International Services and will assume overall responsibility for the continued development of the Company's overseas network of international agents and act as a resource for the entire organization to coordinate the Company's international activities.

"We are very excited to have Gary joining our team," said Bohn Crain, Radiant's Chairman and CEO. "International is a very important part of our overall growth strategy at Radiant. Our customers are exporting products worldwide and sourcing products globally and we want to be there with the resources to support them every step of the way. In addition, as we continue our network expansion and on-boarding of additional offices here in the U.S., it is important that we give our people access to the tools necessary to offer comprehensive one-stop global logistics solutions in their local markets. A robust international network and service offering is one of those important tools. Gary brings with him his 29 years of industry experience and a full and complete understanding of how to work along side our network of exclusive agent offices to successfully operate and grow our international ocean, air and customs brokerage service offerings. We are expecting significant growth in our international book of business through the collaborative approach underway."

"Radiant and Airgroup combine to represent a unique and compelling value proposition in today's marketplace," said Mr. Syner. "I see a real opportunity to compliment the great work being done at Airgroup today and to help accelerate Radiant's already impressive growth. The Global marketplace is ripe for a progressive international sales and service driven U.S. organization that is putting emphasis on import sales, vertical market specialization and lane segment development with key overseas partners. This will be the cornerstone of our new development."
