VBS Investment Bank has finished the mandatory redemption of all outstanding shares in EJS hf. in accordance to a press release by Dagsbrun hf. published on the 20th of June 2006. According to a contract Teymi hf. has delivered 3.218.944 shares in Teymi hf to VBS Investment Bank at the price of 5,90 pr share. Teymi hf. and subsidiaries have now 100% ownership of all active shares in EJS hf.
