Under the terms of the agreement, Lyna Manufacturing, Inc. will produce its "Tire Lyna" tire liner and sealant (http://www.lyna.com/) with the Nitro Lube, Inc. brand name of "NITRO SEAL" for the Automotive, Trucking and the Heavy Equipment tire markets.
