The second issue of investment certificates of Parex Baltic High Yield Fund has been successfully closed

“Parex Asset Management” IPAS (“PAM”) announces that the second issue of
investment certificates of the closed-end investment fund Parex Baltic High
Yield fund was closed successfully on February 14, 2007, and the entire volume
of the second issue (EUR 3'000'000) has been sold. The price of a second issue
investment certificate was EUR 1050.
