Ruukki Group has finalised the furniture business related transaction that was published earlier in February 2007. Ruukki Group Plc’s subsidiary Hirviset Group Ltd has participated in a directed share issue whereby its ownership will increase to 59.0 % of all outstanding Incap Furniture Ltd shares. In the arrangement the purchase of these shares is carried out by converting existing subordinated debt issued by Incap Furniture and held by Hirviset Group into new Incap Furniture shares without cash consideration. Since Ruukki Group Plc directly owns roughly 11.3 % of Incap Furniture shares, the Ruukki Group ownership totals approximately 70.3 % of Incap Furniture Ltd.
