Autoliv's Annual Report Available (Stockholm, February 23, 2007) - Autoliv (NYSE: ALV and SSE: ALIV) today filed its Form 10-K which includes the Company's 2006 annual report with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The documents are now available electronically at Autoliv's corporate website www.autoliv.com, “Filings” under the section “Investors” and from www.sec.gov. Hard copies will be mailed - together with the Proxy Statement and Proxy Card - to all eligible Autoliv shareholders around March 20 for the Shareholders Meeting, which will be held on May 3 in Chicago.
