Atorka Group assumes Jardboranir's bond issues

The Boards of Directors of Atorka Group hf. and Volcano Finance ehf. have approved the mergers of the companies which concludes the formal procedure disclosed on 27 November 2006 and 3 January 2007. Atorka Group hf. is therefore the sole debtor of listed bonds which were issued and listed by Jarðboranir hf.
