AB DFDS LISCO intends to announce the results from operations for the year 2006 by 5 March 2007, because announcement of performance results of AB DFDS LISCO is a material event in respect of the Company's controlling shareholder DFDS A/S and, based on the principle of simultaneous disclosure, can only be disclosed after this information has been submitted to the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by DFDS A/S.
