On February 15, 2007 Eurocon Ukraine LLC, a subsidiary of AS Eesti Ehitus registered in Ukraine, and Aeroc LLC signed an agreement for Eurocon Ukraine LLC to perform the construction works of a gas concrete products factory in Berezan, Kiev oblast. The works will be performed according to open invoice method and the estimated value of the contract will be 27.588 million Ukrainian hryvnias (4.2 million euros) excluding VAT.
