Managing director Mr. J. Vagn Larsen has decided to retire in connection with the company's annual general meeting on 30th August 2007.

After more than 33 years in the executive board of egetaepper a/s
managing director Mr. J. Vagn Larsen has decided to retire in connection
with the company's annual general meeting on 30th August 2007.

The Management will then consist of:

Svend Aage Færch Nielsen - managing director, 
responsible for sales and marketing 

and

John Vestergaard - director, 
responsible for finance, IT, personnel and production.

Both directors will refer to the Board of Directors.
