eighty one thousand three hundred seventeen) public issue shares of „Rigas      
elektromasinbuves rupnica” (RER1R) that amounts 17.2% of the total amount of    
public issue shares (ISIN LV0000101012) and 8.3% of the authorized capital of   
„Rigas elektromasinbuves rupnica”.
