Kyro Corporation STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 5 March 2007 at 11.30 a.m. GLASTON IMPROVES EFFICIENCY OF BRAZILIAN OPERATIONS Kyro's main business area, Glaston Technologies, makes efficiency improvements in its Brazilian operations by merging the local Tamglass and Bavelloni machine factories. The operational merger of Tamglass South America, which manufactures safety glass machines, and Z. Bavelloni South America, which manufactures pre-processing machines, will generate synergy benefits and thereby cost savings for Glaston.
