The board of ScanMining AB (ScanMining) has proposed that an Extra General Meeting, on March 9, 2007, approves a rights issue (1:10), whereby shareholders are entitled to one new share for every tenth share held. The subscription price is set at SEK 7.00. The scheduled record date is March 16, 2007. Provided that the Extra General Meeting approves the proposal, OMX Derivatives Markets will carry out a re-calculation of options and futures in ScanMining.
