Argenta Systems, Inc. Changes Name to 'Shiming U.S., Inc.'


SHENZHEN, China, March 5, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Argenta Systems, Inc. (OTCBB:AGTA), a consumer electronics maker based in China, announced today that the company has changed its name to "Shiming U.S., Inc." effective March 5, 2007, in order to make its corporate name consistent with its brand name. The name change was approved by majority consent of the company's shareholders, and by its board of directors. The company's stock shall trade under the ticker symbol (OTCBB:SGUS) on the OTC Bulletin Board, effective 9:30 a.m. EST on March 5, 2007.
