Keystone Automotive Names New General Counsel


POMONA, Calif., March 6, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Keystone Automotive Industries, Inc. (Nasdaq:KEYS) today announced the appointment of John Arena as vice president, general counsel and secretary, based in Nashville, succeeding Jim Lockwood who is retiring.

Arena (36) most recently served as deputy chief legal officer for Golden Ventures (formerly a division of Beverly Enterprises, Inc.) based in Fort Smith, Arkansas, a $2.0 billion healthcare company.

He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from the University of Rhode Island and a Juris Doctorate from Tulane University where he graduated Cum Laude. Arena earned a Master of Laws, Taxation from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.

"I have enjoyed working with Jim Lockwood for almost three years. He has been a tremendous contributor to Keystone's success during his tenure with the company.
