Crosspoint Group Inc. Announces Several Major Changes


PHOENIX, March 8, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Crosspoint Group Inc. (Pink Sheets:CPGP) announces several major changes in its corporate status.

Effective as of March 8, 2007, the Corporation has changed its name to The Employer, Inc. and has changed its symbol to EPLI (Pink Sheets:EPLI).

The Corporation also has announced that Holiday Stock Transfer of Scottsdale, Arizona will be the Corporation's new transfer agent.

In addition the Corporation has announced the resignation of Donald "Rex" Gay as President and Director of the Corporation and the appointment of Sam Rodenberger to replace him as both President and Director.

The Corporation has further announced a stock consolidation in the way of a reverse split of 500 to 1.
