Nordea flags changes in its holding in Alma Media

NORDEA FLAGS CHANGES IN ITS HOLDING IN ALMA MEDIA

The company has received information to the effect that Nordea Pankki
Suomi Oyj (business ID code 1680235-8), a subsidiary of the Swedish
corporation Nordea Bank AB (publ) (business ID code 516406-0120), has
today purchased 1.300.000 and 4.453.000, altogether 5.753.000 shares
of Alma Media Corporation (business ID code 1944757-4). Nordea Pankki
Suomi Oyj now holds 10.420.412 shares, or 13.97 % of the total share
capital and votes. The holding of the share capital and votes of Alma
Media Corporation by the Finnish subsidiary Nordea Pankki Suomi Oyj
has risen above 1/10 on March 9, 2007.

Nordea Pankki Suomi Oyj has sold forward contracts on 9 March 2007
corresponding to the shares it has acquired and which mature in
September 2007 and in March 2008.

Nordea Pankki Suomi Oyj has made forward contracts on Alma Media
Corporation shares, of which 215.000 will mature in June 2007,
5.752.400 will mature in September 2007 and 4.453.000 will mature in
March 2008. As the forward contracts mature in September 2007, the
holding of Nordea Pankki Suomi Oyj will fall below 1/10 and as the
forward contracts mature in March 2009, the holding falls below 1/20.

Furthermore, Nordea Life Assurance Finland Ltd. (business ID
0927072-8), a subsidiary of the Nordea Group, owns 730,067 Alma Media
shares, representing 0.98% of the share capital and votes.

Hence, Nordea group's total current holding in Alma Media Corporation
is 14.94%, but will fall below 1/10 and below 1/20 as described
above.

The share capital of Alma Media Corporation is 44,767,513.80 euros
divided between 74,612,523 shares. The company has one share series.
Each share carries one vote, and therefore the total number of votes
is 74,612,523.
