Nordea's Annual General Meeting to be held 13 April 2007

The Board of Directors of Nordea Bank AB (publ) has today given
notice to its shareholders that the Annual General Meeting will be
held on Friday 13 April 2007 at 12.30 in Aula Magna, Stockholm
University.

The notice convening the Annual General Meeting is published today in
Dagens Nyheter, Svenska Dagbladet and Post- och Inrikes Tidningar.
Information on the Annual General Meeting will also be published in
Berlingske Tidende, Jyllands-Posten, Helsingin Sanomat and
Hufvudstadsbladet.
