VAAHTO GROUP WILL DISCLOSE THE INTERIM MANAGEMENT STATEMENT INSTEAD OF THE INTERIM REPORT Q3 OF THE FISCAL PERIOD 2006-2007

Vaahto Group Plc Oyj will disclose the interim management statement during the
last half-year of the current fiscal period 1.9.2006 - 31.8.2007 instead of the
interim report for the nine months of the accounting period. The interim
management statement will be published on June 29, 2007. At the time this
decision is made, the market value of the Vaahto Group Plc Oyj is under 75
million euros, so the requirements to disclose the interim management statement
set in the Ministry of Finance decree are met. 

Vaahto Group Plc Oyj has previously in the stock exchange bulletin on August
31, 2006 announced that it will disclose during the fiscal year 1.9.2006 -
31.8.2007 only one interim report per 28.2.2007 for the first six months of the
accounting period. However, the new Securities Markets Act from February 15,
2007 requires issuers to disclose the interim reports for the three, six and
nine first months of the accounting period or, if certain requirements are met,
to disclose the interim management statements instead of the interim reports
for the three and nine months of the accounting period. 

According to earlier announcement, Vaahto Group Plc Oyj will disclose an
interim report per 28.2.2007 covering six months of operations. The interim
report will be published on April 19, 2007.
