Green Dolphin Announces Name Change to Gold Coast Mining Corp. and New Business Direction


TORONTO, March 12, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Green Dolphin Systems Corp. (Pink Sheets:GDPS) has changed their name and trading symbol to Gold Coast Mining Corp. (Pink Sheets:GCMG).

Gold Coast will focus on building a successful mineral exploration company through geological experience and efficient management while conducting extensive research and development of high quality mineral exploration products.

Gold Coast is presently focused on the exploration and future development of gold properties in West Africa. Currently West Africa is one of the fastest growing gold producing regions in the world. Its greenstone belts have a long history of gold mining and prospecting. These belts are known to contain large deposits of gold and have triggered extensive exploration and mining activity.

Gold Coast elected a new director and president, Mr. Douglas Evans. Mr. Evans (BA,MBA) spent 25 years in the military as a pilot and staff officer to the Minister of National Defense. Since his retirement from the military service he has served as President and Director of a number of public and private companies in the mining and technology sectors for the past 18 years.
