TORONTO, March 12, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Sparrowtech Multimedia Corporation ("Sparrowtech") (Pink Sheets:SPMC) announced today that it has changed its corporate name to Sparrowtech Resources, Inc.
Sparrowtech has now entered the natural resources mining industry and is evaluating several mining opportunities involving gold, uranium and other metals.
