At ScanMining AB (ScanMining) Extra General Meeting, on March 9, 2007, the proposed rights issue (1:10) was approved, whereby shareholders are entitled to one new share for every tenth share held. The subscription price is set at SEK 7.00. The scheduled record date is March 16, 2007. OMX Derivatives markets have due to this carried out a re-calculation of options and futures in ScanMining.
