JULIUS TALLBERG-KIINTEISTÖT OYJ: COMBINATION OF THE SHARE 
SERIES, CHANGE OF THE TRADING CODE AND DIRECTED ISSUE

The unlisted share series A and the listed series B (JTKBS) of 
Julius Tallberg-Kiinteistöt Oyj will be combined into a single 
serie (JTK1V). The ISIN code the and orderbook id of the new 
share serie will be the same as the current B share. The 
combination will be valid in the Helsinki Stock Exchange's 
SAXESS trading system as of 16 March 2007.

A total of 56 505 new shares subscribed in the directed issue 
of Julius Tallberg-Kiinteistöt Oyj and the unlisted 565 070 
A shares combined into B shares will be traded on the Helsinki 
Stock Exchange as old shares as of 16 March 2007. 

Presuming that changes will be entered into the Trade Register 
15 March 2007 at latest.

JULIUS TALLBERG-KIINTEISTÖT OYJ: OSAKELAJIEN YHDISTÄMINEN, 
KAUPANKÄYNTITUNNUKSEN MUUTOS JA SUUNNATTU ANTI
 
Julius Tallberg-Kiinteistöt Oyj:n listaamaton A-osake ja 
listattu B-osake (JTKBS) yhdistetään yhdeksi osakesarjaksi. 
Yhdistelyn jälkeen yhtiöllä on yksi osakesarja (JTK1V). 
Uudella osakesarjalla on sama ISIN-koodi ja id kuin nykyisellä 
B-osakkeella. Muutos tulee voimaan Helsingin Pörssin SAXESS-
kaupankäyntijärjestelmässä 16.3.2007 alkaen
  
Julius Tallberg-Kiinteistöt Oyj:n suunnatussa annissa merkityt 
yhteensä 56.505 osaketta, sekä B-osakkeisiin yhdistellyt, 
listaamattomat 565.070 A-osakketta otetaan kaupankäynnin 
kohteeksi yhdessä vanhojen osakkeiden kanssa 16.3.2007 alkaen. 

Edellyttäen, että muutokset merkitään kaupparekisteriin 
viimeistään 15.3.2007.
