IC Companys, reduction in share capital with effect from 19 March 2007

The Copenhagen Stock Exchange has decided to reduce the share capital of IC
Companys with effect from 19 March 2007. 

On 25 October 2006, the ordinary general meeting in IC Companys adopted to
reduce the share capital by cancelling own shares.
