Anoto Group AB Nomination Committee's Proposal for Board of Directors Anoto Group ABs nomination committee consisting of the following: Chairman Britt Reigo (Swedbank Robur Fonder), Stein Revelsby (Norden Technology), Christer Fåhraeus, Stephane Delorenzi (Logitech) and Sasja Beslik (Banco Fonder) propose the following for the Board of Directors of Anoto Group AB for the Annual General Meeting 2007 to resolve: • The Board shall consist of seven (7) Board Members and no deputy Board Members • Re-election of the following Board Members: Hans Otterling, Christer Fåhraeus, Märtha Josefsson, Stein Revelsby, Bernard Gander and Håkan Eriksson as well as election of Hiroshi Yoshioka as new Board Member until end of next Annual General Meeting • Re-election of Hans Otterling as Chairman of the Board Lars Jarnryd has declined re-election. Hiroshi Yoshioka has been active within the Sony Corporation since 1979 and acts as Senior Vice President, Corporate Executive and President of Audio Business Group within Sony Corporation.
