Expected dividend for 2006 for the Fund BPT Nordic

The Fund BPT Nordic is pleased to announce that the total expected dividend for
2006 is EUR 10.50 per investment certificate. 

As the fund has distributed an account dividend for 2006 of EUR 3.0 per
certificate in October 2006, the common 2006 dividend will be of EUR 7.5 per
certificate. 

We expect the dividend to be distributed to the certificate holders on 2 May
2007. 

Please note that the dividend is a preliminary estimate that has not been
audited. The final proposed dividend for approval by the general assembly will
be available as part of the BPT Nordic annual report for 2006. 

The annual report for 2006 will be published on 29 March 2007 and the general
assembly is scheduled for 26 April 2007.
