Componenta's share capital increase due to conversion of convertible capital notes and new shares to be listed

1,216 note units of Componenta Corporation's convertible capital notes 2006
have been converted into 243,200 new shares of Componenta Corporation. 

Due to the conversions, the share capital of Componenta Corporation increases
by EUR 486,400 and other reserves in shareholders' equity by EUR 1,702,400. The
increase in share capital has been registered in the Trade register on 15 March
2007. After the increase the share capital of Componenta Corporation is EUR
20,530,996 and the amount of shares is 10,265,498. 

New shares will be traded on the Small Cap segment of the Helsinki Stock
Exchange as old shares (CTH1V) as from 16 March 2007. The dividend rights of
the new shares commence from the date they are registered into the Trade
register.
