Delta Customers Affected by Winter Storms May Change Travel Plans Without Penalties or Fees

Customers traveling in the Northeast likely to encounter inclement weather


ATLANTA, March 15, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Delta Air Lines' customers booked on flights to, from or through impacted states along the Eastern seaboard may make adjustments to their travel schedule due to winter storms.

Customers who purchased tickets by March 15, 2007, and are scheduled to travel March 15, 2007 to March 18, 2007, to, from or through the following states on Delta, Delta Connection(r) or Delta-coded flights, may make a one-time change without penalty or additional fees if tickets are changed by March 20, 2007. Travel must begin on or before March 20, 2007. Changes to origin and destination may result in a fare increase. Any fare difference between the original ticket and the new ticket will be collected at the time of rebooking.

Customers whose flights are canceled may request refunds. All customers are encouraged to visit delta.com/travelupdates for the latest news on the winter storms.
