Due to the rights issue, in Ukio Bankas (UKB1L), OMX Baltic10 Index will be
adjusted in accordance to the “Rules for the Construction and Maintenance of the
Baltic All-Share, Sector, Benchmark and Tradable Indices”, rule 5.1
(Discretionary adjustment).
UKB1L will be excluded from OMXB10 index on the ex-day March 20, 2007. UKB1L
will not re-enter into the index until the day after the first price observation
after the AGM has convened. Preconditioned that the rights issue will be
approved the new number of shares for UKB1L in OMXB10 will be 118 024 800.
