Referring to stock exchange announcement of 2 March 2007 (No. 05/07) the
employees of the company were offered to subscribe for maximum 999,000 new
shares corresponding to nominal DKK 249,750 in compliance with the requirements
of Section 7A of the Danish Tax Assessment Act (“Ligningsloven”).
In the subscription period 12-16 March 2007 the employees subscribed for a
total of 672,500 shares corresponding to nom. DKK 168,125.
The company's share capital has been increased by nom. DKK 168,125 from nom.
DKK 99,537,527.25 to nom. DKK 99,705,652.25.
The new shares will be listed as soon as possible.
