The Board of Directors has approved the annual report.
Sanistål achieved a profit before tax of DKK 214.6 million compared to DKK
162.0 million in 2005. Earnings per share were DKK 83.
Organic growth in revenue of 22.8% to DKK 4,819 million.
For 2007 Sanistål expects a 25% increase in revenue as a result of continued
growth and the acquisition of Carl F A/S. A high level of investment DKK
(300-350 million) in connection with the opening of central warehouses.
Management expects profit before tax to be in the order of DKK 220 to 240
million.
