NEW HEAD OF WASTEWATER TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS DIVISION

Tomas Wängberg will shortly be taking over as head of the Wastewater Technology
Solutions division.

For the past few years, Tomas Wängberg has been President and CEO of Pharmadule
Emtunga, which is owned by 3i and a global leader in hi-tech modular facilities
for the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and offshore industries. He previously
gained extensive experience at ABB, where he held various positions in the
former Power segment, most recently as Executive Vice President of ABB Alstom.
During his time with ABB, he was stationed in Sweden, the USA, the Czech
Republic and Switzerland.

Tomas Wängberg will take up his duties on April 2 and will be part of Cardo's
group management team.
