AGREEMENT SIGNED WITH BILGRUPPEN
Bilia AB has concluded negotiations with the owners of Bilgruppen and an agreement to acquire the operations in Bilgruppen i Enköping Sala AB and Bilgruppen i Kungsängen AB has been signed. As has already been announced, this acquisition is dependent on approval in accordance with competition legislation.
