About The Tower of Hope Foundation:

The Tower of Hope Foundation was started by Cathy Carilli in memory of her late husband, Thomas E. Sinton, who lost his life in the attacks on the World Trade Center on 9/11. The mission of The Tower of Hope is to empower people who are living with a disability, a chronic illness, or have been in an abusive relationship to live happier and more independent lives through service and assistance animals. The Foundation's mission was inspired by Tom and Cathy's shared love of animals and desire to give back to the community in the face of tragedy.
