The Copenhagen Stock Exchange has decided to admit the following ISIN code to
listing with effect from 28 March 2007:

As at the same date, ISIN code DK0060076354 will be traded exclusive of T-ret
(subscription rights). 

Provided that the offering is fully subscribed, the new shares will be listed
with effect from 26 April 2007 in the temporary ISIN code DK0060076438.
