The Management Board of JSC Ventspils nafta informs that the regular shareholders meeting of JSC Ventspils nafta is called on 27 April 2007 at 10 a.m. at 23, Ostas Street in the Ventspils Business Centre. Two issues are on the agenda - approval of company's reports for 2006 and election of an auditor for auditing of reports for 2007. Shareholders' registration on the day of this meeting, 27 April 2007, is planned from 9 a.m. to 9.45 a.m. at the same place the meeting will proceed. Shareholders registration will be open from 09.00 till 09.45 a.m. on the day of meeting - April 27, 2007 - at the venue of the meeting. The shareholders have rights to participate in the meeting individually or by their authorized representatives or attorneys: shareholders having a financial instruments account (securities account) with a commercial bank or an investment brokerage company shall present, upon registration, a passport or other personal identification document and a receipt confirming blocking of shares on the account. shareholders having their securities deposited at the Initial register shall present, upon registration, a passport or other personal identification document. representatives and attorneys shall present a written power of attorney or authorized representatives shall present a document certifying authority, and a passport or other personal identification document, and a receipt issued by a commercial bank of an investment brokerage company certifying blocking of shares on the account if shareholder having a financial instruments account (securities account) with a commercial bank or an investment brokerage company. Shareholders of JSC Ventspils nafta shall apply for blocking shares on their accounts not later than by 17 April 2007 (by the end of the business day). Draft decisions on the agenda of the meeting are available upon a request of shareholders of JSC Ventspils nafta starting from 13 April, 2007 till 26 April, 2007 at premises of JSC Ventspils nafta, 23 Ostas iela, Ventspils, Latvia on all business days from 14.00 till 17.00 and on the meeting day - at the venue of registration, 23 Ostas iela, Ventspils.
